Key Staff

Eileen

Chairman

Eileen, is the daughter of the founder the company, David Green. She has been instramental in developing the manufacturing arm of the business and was extremely proud when Plastico participated in Cranfield University's World Class Manufacturing program.  

Eileen is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and was a Finalist in the Veuve Clicquot 'Business Woman of the Year Award'.

Caroline

Chief Executive

Caroline, joined Plastico 20 years ago. She started by working in the Export Department and progressed through the business, working primarily in Sales and Marketing. She has been Chief Executive since 2003 and enjoys the challenge of managing such a fast moving, multi facetted business. She has a keen eye for design and takes a lead role in market research, the development and design of new products, brands and packaging.

Jonathan

Commercial Manager

Jon has a background in catering and has worked for many of the major contract caterers in the UK. He joined Plastico in 1998 and has worked in Sales, Marketing and Commercial Departments.

His responsibilities today include looking after major customers of the company, developing new products, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001-2008 and BRC/IOP Packaging standard. He also works on special projects as directed by the CEO.

Olivier

Business Development Manager - Export

Olivier manages all our export accounts from the USA to Lithuania. He has more than 14 years experience in export sales and knows Heathrow and The Eurotunnel very well.

Key to Plastico’s success for export are our flexibility, knowing the local culture and business practices in each country, and integrity.

Plastico has a very loyal export customer base due to our high level of service and fantastic product range.

Mike

European Business Manager

Mike has many years experience in sales and working with National Distributors and National Accounts.

He manages the sales team as well as looking after several key National Accounts in the business across the UK and Europe.

He views the key to success as developing true working partnerships with our customers to enhance the service and support Plastico can deliver along with innovative products and a comprehensive range of solutions to meet all the retailers and caterers needs.

James

Financial Controller

James, joined Plastico in 2008 and heads up the Finance Department. Having qualified as an Accountant, he then progressed to work in a variety of roles in the oil and building industries where he gained excellent commercial skills. His job at Plastico is very varied and he enjoys the combination of Management Accounting, motivating staff, setting and implementing IT strategy.

Kelly

Telesales Supervisor

Kelly has worked for the company for the past 10 years and has developed her role up to the level of office supervisor; she deals with customers ranging from the west Midlands to Scotland and various National accounts.

Kelly values good customer service as she believes this is what makes customers happy and stay loyal.

Natalie

Graphic Designer

Natalie has been working at Plastico for 12 years as our Graphic Designer and looks after our design department. She is responsible for all the Plastico literature and artwork for bespoke orders.

Recently, she has passed with a Distinction, the BPMA Academy Certificate in Promotional Merchandise which demonstrates her knowledge and understanding of the UK's promotional merchandise industry. With this knowledge, she is hoping to help gain new print business for Plastico.
